How does the creation of a custom-made watch work?
It all starts with a personalized exchange via our Cleon form or directly via video chat with our watchmaker. We then design your exclusive digital mockup, which is approved and adjusted with you before we begin the artisanal manufacturing process. Each step is monitored and documented until final delivery.
Do I need to provide my own design?
Not necessarily. You can share your inspirations, sketches, or references, or simply describe your vision—our creative team will take care of the design based on your ideas. If that’s not enough, we offer free consultations with our watchmakers and designers to guide you.
How long will it take to receive my mock-up?
Your personalized mockup is created within 48 business hours, based on your preferences and specifications. You will then receive a customized visual proposal, ready to be adjusted together.
What are the manufacturing and delivery times?
Our custom watches take between 4 and 8 weeks to produce, depending on the complexity of the model and the finishes chosen.
Limited editions are available for pre-order for 1 week, after which they are manufactured and delivered within 3 working weeks.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. CLEON ships its creations worldwide, with comprehensive and secure tracking.
Can I track my order?
Each customer receives a personalized link allowing them to track the progress of their watch in real time.
Can I modify my design after approval?
Adjustments can still be made before final production to ensure that the design perfectly reflects your image.
Once the quote has been approved and payment made, the project moves on to the “final production” stage, at which point the design is locked in.
Do you offer a right of withdrawal or returns?
As each watch is unique and made to order, the right of withdrawal does not apply. However, we guarantee comprehensive support until you are fully satisfied before launching production.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all secure payment methods (credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, Link, etc.).
Is online payment secure?
Absolutely. All our payments are encrypted and protected by international security standards.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. Depending on the amount and the service chosen, we offer flexible and tailored payment solutions.
Are CLEON watches covered by a warranty?
Yes. All our watches come with a manufacturer’s warranty covering any manufacturing defects.
How long does the warranty last?
Our watches come with a two-year warranty, reflecting our commitment to quality and reliability.
Do you offer maintenance or repair services?
Absolutely. Our watchmakers provide comprehensive maintenance, from adjustments to restoration, to extend the life of each of your Cleon pieces.
